Position: Sales Admin Apprentice (Remarketing)
Duties / What will you be doing?
- Supporting sales preparation and conducting vehicle research for informed decision-making
- Collating feedback from auction managers and presenting it to third-party suppliers
- Running daily reports to manage stock and supplier relations effectively
- Obtaining service history and using valuation tools to aid stock management
- Attending auction sales and handling phone calls with various stakeholders
- Managing communication with suppliers, colleagues, and senior leaders
- Developing skills in a fast-paced environment with guidance from a mentor
What do you need / Desired skills and qualities:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Basic IT skills (Excel knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Strong organisational skills

- Integrity and honesty
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary: £16,944 per annum.
