Job Description
- Lead the engineering team to deliver products on time, within budget and right first time.
- Manage NPI, reporting on first time through and right first-time progress.
- Plan and distribute work across resource
- Production of work orders including bills of materials, production of routings, raising working orders and risk assessments.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Experience carrying out a similar role, leading or managing a range of engineering projects
- Good knowledge/experience of machining and fabrication
- NPI Knowledge/experience
