My client has been providing an authentic and affordable Polish food since 1996. They have a chain of 13 stores, a bakery and a slaughterhouse whereby they provide customers from London and the surrounding areas with fresh food products at unbeatable prices. They are passionate about Polish produce and dedicated to delivering excellent service.

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Hounslow, TW3.

Salary: £33,690.80 - £40,428.96 (40-48 hours per week)

Hours- Your main hours will be 6am - 2pm and expected to help out with the later shift from time to time which is 2pm - 10pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability. Please note any weekend hours over worked form your set contracted hours will be paid as overtime. The contracted hours depending on salary will be between 40- 48 hours.

Please note. The client only will recruit someone based on their first language being Polish or English. You will be expected to understand, read and write in both Polish and English.

Role Overview: As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver the best service to our customers. You will manage daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain health & safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and performance
  • Delegate tasks and motivate your team to achieve key KPIs
  • Plan rotas, manage orders, check inventory, and set shift goals
  • Solve problems swiftly to keep the team focused
  • Handle daily and weekly cashing up reports
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team
  • Collaborate with Head Office and other store managers

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to excellent service
  • High energy and motivation, with the ability to work on your feet
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
