Teaching Assistant Opportunity in an SEN School - Longfield
Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Longfield.
**Position Details:
- Location: Longfield
- Pay: £85 - £110 per day
- Start Date: Immediate
- Enhanced DBS Required: Must have or be willing to obtain one
**Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students displaying a variety of additional needs, providing tailored support
- Assist in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Support teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual student requirements
- Help with personal care needs if required
- Promote social and emotional development alongside academic progress
**What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred
- A caring, patient, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to making a real difference in the lives of students
