Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking for an opportunity to step into a newly created HR Manager role, within a UK operational set up.

Up to £40k + Bens

On-site Role - based West Midlands

Working closely with the MD and the newly formed Senior Management team, as the stand alone HR Manager you will be developing the UK People function across all HR generalist areas. This will ensure a positive employee experience across the full employee life cycle. From Employee Relations to Engagement, Learning and Development and Payroll this role is a truly varied remit.

Having experience of working in a multi-sited, customer-centric organisation as an experienced HR professional you will be able to demonstrate the full HR generalist experience and capability.
