We are representing a leading contractor who are looking for a Trades Supervisor in Liverpool. Trades Supervisor duties:
- Take charge of overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance projects across various buildings
- Lead and manage a team of talented tradespeople
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Ensure consistent performance against targets
- Monitor quality of work
- Complete appropriate paperwork
The successful trades supervisor:
- Demonstrable expertise in a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team of trades guys
- Strong familiarity with repairs and maintenance processes
- Prior experience working 'on the tools'
- Ability to thrive under pressure
