They should possess a proven ability to bring or establish a client base and have an impressive portfolio of residential projects. This role requires excellent design and project management skills, along with a commitment to delivering inspiring and functional residential spaces.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered with substantial post Part 3 experience.
- Lead and manage residential projects from concept through completion.
- Maintain and build client relationships, leveraging existing connections in the Manchester area.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design excellence and functional outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to a positive and creative workplace culture.
- Significant experience in residential architecture, with a focus on high-quality design.
- Strong local connections, ideally bringing an existing client base.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead a team effectively.
- Registered architect with relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of UK building regulations.
- Revit skills would be highly desirable, but training can be provided.
