Secondary - SEN Teaching Assistant

- Salary: £85-£90 Day Rate

Day to day of the role:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both inside and outside the classroom.
- Appreciate and contribute to the benefits of a bespoke curriculum for vulnerable students.
- Manage pupils effectively in various contexts.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including coaching qualifications and outdoor skills development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A naturally enthusiastic, flexible, and supportive approach to education.
- Previous experience working with young people or children.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students.
- A keen willingness to learn and pursue professional development.
- Commitment to receiving appropriate training as needed for the role.
