We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive search to find a new Interim Head of Group Reporting for a well-known and rapidly expanding business based in Central London.

This role would be reporting directly into the Group Finance Director and will take ownership for all of the Financial Reporting across the Group.

This business are a global market leader, they really invest in their people and they have a very forward-thinking and inclusive culture.

We are looking for a strong head of financial reporting/accounting, someone who has worked in a group reporting role for a global business.

This could suit someone looking to make a sideways move or a Group Accountant, Group Finance Manager / Reporting Manager looking to step up.

We would also consider any Audit Managers / Audit Directors looking for a move into industry.

We need a bright and fun accountant who can ideally tick the following boxes.

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • Large company experience.
  • Immediately available - people who can start ASAP.
  • Group consolidations knowledge.
  • Technical understanding of IFRS.

The Role

The successful Interim Head of Reporting is likely to take responsibility for the following:

  • Drive month-end and year-end processes ensuring all deadlines are consistently met
  • Preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly management accounts packs
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the group financial reporting package for quarterly and annual results, including disclosures required for financial statements
  • Manage statutory audit process and internal audit queries
  • Drive process improvement across the team, including the development and optimisation of our accounting/consolidation system
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the Group
  • Support the preparation of the Group's IFRS financial statements
  • Maintain and improve processes in relation to IFRS requirements
  • Liaise with professional advisors

Your Profile

This would be a brilliant move for someone wanting to be a Finance Director. We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) who comes from a strong financial reporting / consolidations background.

Salary & Benefits

£85,000 - £110,000 + Exceptional Benefits.
