Finance Manager | Interim | Hybrid working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with an NHS Trust in the South East, to recruit a Finance Manager on an initial 3 - 6 month interim basis (strong possibility for extension). This role can be performed on a flexible and hybrid basis.
Role:
- Providing a robust finance business partnering service to a number of key Directorates
- Liaising with budget holders and non-financial staff
- Responsible for reporting month end position to date
- Managing and supporting a small team of management accountants
- Identifying and acting on all cost reduction opportunities
- Variance analysis responsibilities
Person:
- Public Sector Finance experience
- Able to understand and present financial information
- Excellent communication skills with a proven business partnering approach
- Fully Qualified Accountant, or significant experience in a similar role within the NHS
