Location: Northampton
Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 per annum

We are seeking a passionate Lettings Consultant or an experienced sales person dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the lettings or sales industry to join a rapidly growing business. As a Lettings Consultant, you will be pivotal in ensuring our developments are fully occupied while maintaining top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Occupancy: Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with prospective tenants to maximize occupancy.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from prospective tenants to the wider team, aiding in pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Operational KPIs: Meet and exceed targets for lease-ups, occupancy rates, net income, and customer satisfaction.
  • Tenancy Coordination: Work with the Tenancy Progression team to ensure successful application processing and move-ins.
  • Tenant Check-ins: Conduct check-in appointments with new tenants.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the Lettings Manager.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any defects or maintenance issues to the Property Management team.
  • Data Management: Ensure all systems and data related to lettings activities are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Third-party Coordination: Collaborate with third-party agents as necessary.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as delegated from time to time.

Desired Experience:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in real estate, residential lettings, or sales; experience in BTR/PRS is preferred but not essential.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Dynamic Personality: Energetic and driven with a passion for the industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take initiative in line with company policies.
