Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive clerical, administrative, and financial support to operational services under the direction of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work to established business standards and processes, carrying out a range of support tasks with a strong focus on confidentiality and safeguarding.
- To offer advice and guidance to customers, business partners, and other stakeholders on business processes and operational matters.
- To manage and process information related to finance, staffing, customer details, and service eligibility criteria, including the production of detailed and customised reports.
- To develop and refine systems and processes to meet operational needs, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information.
- To handle a variety of financial support tasks, including processing orders, resolving discrepancies, reporting, reconciling accounts, and managing cash transactions.
- To organise meetings and events, including venue bookings, issuing invitations and papers, and taking minutes, including recording actions and follow-ups.
- To perform reception duties, greeting visitors, providing directions, and responding to basic enquiries.
