SRM Recruitment are working with our longstanding client who would like a confident HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis to support them during a busy period.
This role involves providing expert support and advice to stakeholders, ensuring managers are equipped to handle HR and people management tasks with confidence and proficiency. You'll be continuously seeking ways to enhance the HR function, contributing ideas to drive its evolution and maximise its impact.
Duties:
- Developing and setting HR objectives and KPIs that align with the people strategy
- Managing ER matters to ensure effective resolution and adherence to best practices
- Reviewing and refining HR policies and processes to ensure they are effective and meet organisational needs
- Conducting HR reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement, and working alongside the Head of HR and Recruitment to create strategic solutions
- Coaching and guiding line managers on HR best practices to enhance their capabilities
- Leading ongoing change management initiatives
- Managing key HR projects from inception to completion
- Providing support to the broader team, including recruitment, reward, remuneration, and learning and development initiatives
- Collaborating with various business units to foster strong relationships, enhance morale, and contribute to productivity and retention goals
Person Specification:
- CIPD Level 5 of higher
- Experience owning ER cases
- Immediately available to start
Details on the role:
- Temporary (minimum 3 months)
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 WFH)
- Mon - Fri: 9:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch)
