Finance Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Finance Assistant, our client is a leader in organising B2B exhibitions and conferences both in the UK and internationally, is committed to delivering top-tier service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for providing precise financial support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales ledger and credit control processes.
  • Handle purchase ledger posting with accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports as required.
  • Address and resolve accounts queries efficiently.
  • Oversee customer administration, including the setup of new accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a financial role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Sage 50 accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Strong administration and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
