Account Director - experiential agency

Major Players are working with a leading experiential and partnerships agency agency who are seeking an Account Director to lead their partnerships team. Projects will include social competitions, created integrated brand campaigns, AR and virtual reality experiences, TV documentaries and film.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across multiple clients and projects at one time whilst maintaining a high work standard, proactively driving projects forward, bringing in wider agency expertise & personnel in the process; ensuring all steps & stakeholders are factored into project timelines.
  • Oversee all plans and activations, including rights activation, live events, content generation, influencer engagement and coordinating suppliers.
  • Supporting on managing the capacity of the account teams, keeping work to scope and having a handle on any over or under delivery.
  • Identify ways to grow clients organically - capitalising on these moments and taking initiative.
  • Management of day-to-day running of the team including keeping all members
  • Lead effective meetings, create agendas, and manage client expectations.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years + experience working within experiential events and partnerships
  • Working with gaming clients would be strongly advantageous
  • Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
  • Contacts within the industry, making sure they nurture and grow these relationships in order to bring in new opportunities to the business.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Solution-oriented and able to juggle projects under pressure.
