Customer Service Representative

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join my client on a 12 month FTC, providing maternity cover.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in an office environment.

Day to Day role as a Customer Service Representative –

  • Providing helpdesk support and advice via telephone and email to customers.
  • Manage queries, supporting the entire process until completion.
  • Have a basic understanding of products and services offered.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are completed and actioned in accordance with Helpdesk KPI's.

Key skills and experience for the Customer Service Representative role –

  • Experience in customer service within an office environment.
  • Able to demonstrate customer service and telephone skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change at short notice.
  • Strong multitasking skills.

Benefits and extra information for the Customer Service Representative role –

  • £22,500 annual salary.
  • Monday – Friday shift based rota between 07:30AM – 17:00PM
  • Hybrid working.
