We are working with a secondary school situated in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham who require a classroom assistant to work within the Inclusion Department, specifically for pupils with SEN & EAL needs. You will be integral to the supported learning service providing essential support to students.
The role:
- To work in mainstream classes alongside the teacher to provide support for individuals and small groups of students.
- Liaise with other staff members to provide support and help in providing for pupils with special needs. This may involve giving advice or implementing strategies to help students cope.
- Complete administrative tasks.
