An award-winning design consultancy specialising in digital product design are on the search for an experienced book-keeper or finance assistant to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis (24 hours a week).
With the option to split your hours across the week and to work remotely this is a fantastic opportunity offering lots of flexibility for someone who may need to manage other life commitments alongside work.
The Role - Part-Time Finance Assistant
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval for UK & US entity
- Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain and update supplier records.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare journals and post onto Cartesis at month end
The Person - Part-Time Finance Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy
- 1-2 years working in a finance assistant or similar role
- A background working for a creative services environment like production, media, marketing or advertising is highly advantageous
