Test Technician
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: Birmingham
Permanent, Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test Technician with ideally 1 year of roofing experience to join a well-established construction firm, specialising in building material inspections and waterproofing solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough tests and inspections to ensure all products and systems meet required quality standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately following established testing procedures and documenting all results.
- Identifying and troubleshooting any issues encountered during the testing phase.
- Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Compiling comprehensive reports on test outcomes for management review.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to suggest improvements to the testing process.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Ideally have 1 year of roofing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent qaualification.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other testing equipment.
- Physical capability to handle heavy lifting and perform manual tasks.
- Valid UK driving licence.
