Our successful, expanding Client based in North West Bristol has a need for a Plant Operations Supervisor.
Duties Include:
- Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities
- Customer service, managing queries
- Managing holiday schedule for plant and operational staff
- Managing the fuel requirements for the plant and for satellite sites
- Looking after the daily requirements of the plant, then updating the plant schedule
- Recording the hours worked by the plant staff and forwarding them onto payroll
- Organising road brush and recording costs
- Update training plan
- Database and ensure all are up to date
- PPE checks
- Provide support to the ops and transport department
