Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To ensure all sales invoices are created accurately and distributed on time, through management of the offshore Billing Co-Coordinator team.
- Ensure that all AR journals are reasonable, adequately supported and processed on a timely basis
- Ensure cash application is performed in an accurate and timely manner, and unallocated cash is investigated and resolved.
- Ensure system data is reconciled and maintained on a regular basis, including client data, and ensure jobs are reconciled and closed where necessary.
- Manage master system data.
- Assist the Credit Control team on queries as required.
Profile:
The successful temporary, Sales Ledger Supervisor will have at least 3+ years experience working within Accounts Receivable, with strong WIP and billings experience. The ideal candidate would come from a Media or a Professional Services background.

Our client is a Media Agency based in the City of London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This Sales Ledger Supervisor role will be paying circa £32,000 - £36,000 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
