**Interim Partner Designate Job
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £50-£90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of accountants and tax specialists, providing strategic oversight of service delivery.
- Work closely with the Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Monitor workflow for assignments and report on all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Provide strategic guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
- Effectively communicate progress against agreed projects to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
