Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based in Edinburgh

To ensure engineers / operatives time is costed accurately in the Technical Services CAFM system and populate the payroll upload templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with engineers / operatives to ensure timesheets are submitted correctly and in a timely manner;
  • Process and cost engineers / operatives timesheets in the CAFM system accurately and in line with the defined timescales;
  • Populate the payroll upload templates accurately and in line with the defined payroll cut-off dates;
  • Liaise with the Payroll Team to ensure queries are resolved quickly;

  • Previous finance / payroll experience advantageous
  • Experience of CAFM / ERP system / Microsoft Office
