Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to ensure continued development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on pupils' progress and achievements
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities
- Support the continued development of school initiatives and teaching practices
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- Well-organised and able to plan and deliver effective lessons with excellent classroom management
- Proven track record of improving pupils' progress and attainment
- Commitment to the development of the whole school and a willingness to engage in professional development
- Passion for Teaching: You're dedicated to inspiring and educating young minds.
- Adaptability: Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.
- DBS or willingness to obtain one.
