We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Supervisor based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of the After Sales Supervisor
- Supervise Field Service Engineer's time and workloads.
- Monitor the Engineer's time.
- Ensure parts are returned, cleaned, labelled and documented correctly.
- Help with the opening and closing of jobs, checking of timesheets and inspection reports.
- Communicate with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate delivery of spare parts.
- Support the accurate processing of internal or external invoices or warranty claims.
- Organise subcontractors when supporting customers or engineers.
Requirements for a successful After Sales Supervisor
- Technical background within the plant, construction or agriculture industry.
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience liaising with and managing Engineer's.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full clean driving licence.

Summary of the After Sales Supervisor role
Salary: £44,000 - £46,000
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours Monday - Friday
