I am working with aleading Property Consultancy specialising in the residential, commercial andindustrial and hospitality sectors, and they are looking for an MRICS BuildingSurveyor to join their established team.

Will be anestablished firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors that provides propertysurveying services across London to the highest standard.
Your new role
- Assisting theBuilding Surveyors with inspections and writing reports.
- Assisting andpreparing specifications for and administering repair and refurbishmentcontracts
- Assisting andpreparing and Assessing Licence to Alter applications
- Assisting andPreparing planned preventative maintenance plans
- Assisting andUndertaking building reinstatement cost assessments
- Assisting andundertaking defect inspection.
- Assisting andcompiling CDM information.
- Assisting withco-ordination instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time,including fee quoting.
- Undertaking PartyWall Surveying duties and Condition Schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience workingwithin a consultancy.
- Experience withusing MS Word and Excel.
- Driving licence
- Required to havethe ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Working towardsbeing MRICS with a structured training program.
- CAD experience apositive but not essential.
What you'll get in return
- £30,000 - £45,000depending on experience.
- 25 Days Holiday.Plus Bank Holidays.
- RICS membershipfees paid for.
