Head of Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering

Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner ready for that step up to a Head of Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering?

Up to £115k + Excellent Benefits

2-3 Days per week on site in Warwick, 1 day travel to sites and 1-2 days from home.

Reporting into the CPO, in this newly created role, as Head of Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering you will firstly partner with the COO and their SLT, and also coach and develop your team. You will help develop and implement the people strategy, and support the HR Business Partners to develop strategic plans for their business areas.

Areas of focus include long-term strategic work-force planning, talent, building a positive union relationship, succession, and D&I to support growth plans.

With experience of Senior strategic HR Business Partnering, you will enjoy coaching and developing a team, and have worked within multi-sited, operational organisations.
