We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client's supportive logistics team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in global freight and export operations within a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange international freight shipments
- Maintain daily communication with global customers and suppliers
- Prepare and verify essential shipping and export documentation
- Negotiate favourable freight and courier rates
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commodities trading team
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in logistics, export, supply chain, or freight administration
- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A confident, organised, and resilient individual capable of working under pressure
- A team player with plenty of common sense and great problem-solving skills
Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Office-based in Redhill, Surrey
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
