The Accounts Assistant role is supported by another Finance Assistant and reports into the Finance Manager joining a team of 4.
Duties:
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Credit control
- Raising invoices
- Payment runs
- Nominal ledger coding
- Produce monthly debtors report
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card statements
- VAT/receipt processing
- Petty cash and expenses
- Ad hoc duties
