An exciting new opportunity for a teaching assistant to work in an Ofsted rated ‘good' school in Cambridge. The position is full-time for the academic year starting in September 2024-2025. Whether you are qualified, or not we are looking for a positive, reliable, and enthusiastic teaching assistant who will take part in educating the next generation. A successful candidate will have strong behaviour management skills and good understanding of subject knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom with engaging lessons
- Assist students with learning and personal development.

Requirements:
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications or experience (desired but not essential)
- Positive and effective behaviour management.
