Main duties of the job
- Provide dietary advise to malnourished patients including nutritional diagnosis, interpreting clinical conditions and creating effective care plans
- Act as an educator to care assistants/ students also based in the service
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure understanding of their condition
- Establish enteral feeding
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
- Degree or equivalent in Dietetics
- Enhanced DBS
- Extensive experience as a state registered dietitian in the NHS
- Ability to prioritise workload and set deadlines

Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Occupational Therapy within the designated area. Manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence based/person centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
