We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator to be the first point of contact for both internal and external HR-related enquiries. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support and contribute to the delivery of various HR projects, events, and initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for maintaining high standards in HR practices.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR-related enquiries via email, telephone, and in person.
  • Provide administrative support for a variety of HR projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including the collection and monitoring of statistical data.
  • Generate routine and regular reports from the HR database to support decision-making processes.
  • Process invoices and handle purchasing and invoicing enquiries with precision.
  • Take minutes during HR meetings, ensuring all important information is documented and distributed as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases, with the ability to produce accurate reports.
  • Experience with financial processes, including invoice processing.
  • Competent minute-taking abilities for meetings.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality records.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
