Pay: £12 - £14 per hour

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (Could consider 4 days)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and personable individual to manage the office administration, handle incoming calls, and greet clients. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our busy and supportive office environment based in central Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and inbox management for one of the Directors.
  • General Office Administration duties
  • Monitor office expenditure and staff expenses.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide back-office support for new projects.
  • Review and update health and safety policies.
  • Welcome and assist clients, ensuring the office is prepared for visitors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls.

Ideal Candidate:

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience as an Office Coordinator or Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

This role is based in a desirable Central Winchester location. This would suit someone who can use the efficient Park & Ride service or live within walking distance of the city centre.

This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional work environment while playing a key role in the company. Due to this temporary position, we can only consider people at this stage that are available immediately. There is no parking. Please not there may be an opportunity for this role to evolve into a permanent opportunity.
