Trainee Commercial / Accounts Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Commercial / Accounts Administrator to join our team within Lovell's Midlands region.

As Trainee Commercial / Accounts Administrator, you will assist in the day to day commercial and accounts control along with the current team, keeping the current measures and controls in place to allow the department to follow LIBMS, LIMS and CSI procedures. You'll also assist with other tasks within the department such as S/C Control, Materials, Cash Control & Insurance Control.

You'll train to deliver the highest quality service within a specified discipline, working efficiently and safely, in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Positive, confident and friendly attitude
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's A- C grade including Math's and English
  • Previous administration experience
