Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large local company to help them fill a brand new position. Reporting into and working closely with the HR Manager, the newly created position of HR Administrator will be integral to the smooth running of the HR and payroll functions.

As the first point of contact for all group HR activity, you will be responsible for providing an excellent service across a diverse selection of queries and differing business units.

What you will be doing...

  • Providing ‘first touch' support for colleagues and stakeholders on HR policy and process.
  • Assisting with recruitment & onboarding/offboarding processes and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness of new starters.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll process using SAGE.
  • Overseeing absence management processes.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files.
  • Building & developing relationships across the group and with external business partners.
  • Producing internal reporting using the company's HR & training systems.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous success in an HR role as well as excellent stakeholder management experience.
