How would you like to work with a leading Incident Management organisation that manage Motor Claims from start to finish on behalf of their Insurer & Broker clients?
We have a hybrid role available with a fantastic employer who we have placed several handlers with, many of which are still there after over 5 years! This organisation use cutting edge systems, provide a great working environment and opportunities to grow with the business.
The role in a nutshell ;
- Taking on new claims, placing them into hire and liaising with 3rd parties that are involved in the claims process.
- Being proactive with your caseload.
- Identifying potential risk for fraud.
- Applying standard reserves upon notification of incident for own damage and 3rd Party in accordance with the reserving criteria
