Requirements to become Nursery Teacher:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- QTS or equivalent
- 2 proven professional references.
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
- Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
- Strong understanding of the curriculum
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive
Your Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective instructional plans to cater to the unique learning requirements of young children.
- Foster a stimulating classroom atmosphere that instills a sense of security, admiration, and enthusiasm for exploration and knowledge acquisition among children.
- Monitor and evaluate the advancement of each individual child, and actively collaborate with others to provide the necessary assistance for their holistic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to devise effective approaches that encourage and facilitate learning among students.
- Employ diverse assessment techniques to gauge student progress and determine their level of achievement.
