JRRL are looking for a Management Accountant to join a local firm of accountants. The role would suit a candidate who is keen to progress their career in Accountancy with a growing firm.
Responsibilities for the Management Accountant:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and independently dealing with Clients
- Managing client compliance work and dealing with day-to-day client enquiries
- Responsible for Annual accounts, Co sec, VAT & CIS returns
- Preparation of Personal Tax returns for directors
- Managing a team of up to 2 members
- Additional ad-hoc tasks requested by the manager/partner, as required
- Payroll Management
Person Specification for the Management Accountant:
- At least two years of experience in an Accounting firm
- Degree in Accounting/AAT completed/Part qualified in CIMA/ACCA
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Proactive and professional individual with a personal growth mindset
