Infrastructure Engineer - Hybrid (2 Days WFH)
About the Role:
My client, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a crucial role in both Business as Usual (BAU) operations and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage my client's infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Project Work: Lead and contribute to various IT infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
- Virtualization: Utilize your expertise in HyperV and VMware to maintain and optimize virtual environments.
- Cloud Services: Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration and operations.
- Microsoft 365 & Intune: Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, ensuring compliance and efficiency across my client's systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
What My Client Is Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with HyperV, VMware, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune is essential.
- Experience in an MSP Environment: Prior experience working in an MSP setting is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Experience in leading or contributing to IT infrastructure projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware) would be advantageous.
