Our clients are iconic brands such as Hovis, Aldi, Ocado, Costa, Premier Foods, Nisa, Spar UK, Müller and General Mills, so as a Marketing Manager you'll no doubt be familiar with their brands and can assist our role as ambassadors for their Employer brands. We operate on a national basis with offices in Leeds and London.

The Marketing Manager vacancy:

We have a vacancy in our Marketing department for a Marketing Manager to lead the creation and delivery of our annual marketing plan. The Marketing Manager reports into the directors and will be responsible for the creation of all external and internal communication and content across the Seven website and social media pages. The Marketing Manager also manages Employer brand projects and campaigns for our clients.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop our annual marketing plan for our three target audiences (candidates, clients and colleagues)
  • Be the chief brand guardian for Seven, overseeing all internal and external communication
  • Quarterly reporting of website and LinkedIn performance to directors and to wider company
  • Build relationships with the sales team that encourages the development of their own personal brands and ensures their communication is on-brand & relevant for their audience
  • Employer branding projects and campaigns for our top clients
  • Grow our network across Consumer Goods & Retail - everyone in our sectors needs to know who we are!

Requirements:

  • Brand and/or digital marketing experience either in-house or in an agency
  • Creative, self-motivated and personable
  • Looking to bring fresh ideas, positivity and enthusiasm to the business
  • Able to work autonomously and take the lead with senior clients and colleagues
  • A team person who likes to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience across all aspects of the job description set out above
  • An interest in recruitment marketing, B2B marketing and Employer branding

Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. As the role is a part-time position we are willing to flex hours around the requirements of the successful candidate. Our current hybrid working arrangement is Mon/Weds/Fri in office and Tues/Thurs from home.
