37 hours per week - mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside of office hours to attend meetings / business events as required

£25,983.00 per annum

The role will consist of stabilising of residents' day to day lifestyle, enabling them to access services to address their complex needs which are affecting their lives and contributing to homelessness.

You will work on developing the resident's life skills, including managing accommodation, to enable them to become tenancy ready. Increasing engagement with support providers addressing their priority needs e.g. mental health, CDAS, NHS and financial support. This support will be face to face and will require you to support residents to these external services and also coordinate this support.

Provide opportunities for volunteering and employment, Establishing stable and aspirational support networks. Engagement in social and wellbeing activities which prevent boredom and promote wellbeing.

To support the prevention of cuckooing, coercion, exploitation, and criminal activity through the management of their front doors.

You will work alongside the tenancy staff to provide an accredited tenancy training programme around tenancy sustainment, units include: ASB, fire safety, budgeting, emotional welfare, cleanliness etc. Once all units are complete the service user will be provided a certificate to evidence to housing providers that they have worked towards managing ad sustaining their future home.

You will be required to provide monthly reports to management on set targets and how these are being met.

Full Driver's Licence and own transport essential.
