What's involved?
As a receptionist, you will be required to check guests in and out of the hotel. You will deal with all requests in a professional and efficient manner as well as deliver an exceptional experience for all guests. The ideal candidate with have at least 12 months experience as a receptionist within a boutique or similar 5 star hotel, provide high customer satisfaction and excellent communication.
