Our client a growing model agency are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team. Working in a team in a fast paced environment, the role will be responsible for ensuring their financial management, bank reconciliations, and AP ledger are accurate, effective, and delivered on time. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable function and offers an exciting opportunity for growth within a dynamic team environment.

This is a permanent position paying between £30,000-£36,000.

Day to day of the role:

  • Process invoices and credit notes promptly, allocating them to relevant purchase orders and following up on outstanding invoices and supplier queries.
  • Support the business team with the staff expenses system to ensure expenses are accurately accrued.
  • Manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment and receipt of tax invoices, and accurately allocate them in the system.
  • Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Efficiently handle company bank cards and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end and payroll tasks, including bank postings and reconciliations, to support timely financial and cash flow reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes to enhance efficiency in accounts payable and management processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with high volumes of transactions.
