Procurement Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Crawley, with hybrid working option – 3 days office, 2 days home

Day to Day of the role:
- Sourcing, contracting, and strategy execution
- Participating in strategic and long-term forecasting
- Identifying and onboarding new suppliers efficiently
- Reporting on category trend performance and supporting sales in developing financially sound bids and proposals
- Managing vendor onboarding and some vendor management requirements
- Maintaining collaborative partnerships with vendors, ensuring effective procurement and query resolution
- Working with the Legal team to manage a vendor contract tracker
- Supporting strategic global projects with procurement expertise
- Coordinating invoice queries from vendors with the finance team
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant procurement experience
- Experience with negotiating contracts
- CIPS Member or studying toward CIPS qualification
- Ability to collect and analyse complex data
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
