HR and Office Co-ordinator

HR and Administrative Assistant in Arts venue - £25,000-£28,000 per annum

Our client is a national charity who are looking for a HR and Office Assistant to support the Senior HR Manager. Salary £25-28k.

This is a fabulous opportunity to work within a great team, your duties will include:

  • Filing HR records
  • Managing shared inboxes for the HR department
  • Drafting emails, letters and contracts
  • Maintaining the HR calendar with training, inductions, away days etc.
  • Providing recruitment support
  • Administering and co-ordinating new starter onboarding, including co-ordinating the induction process
  • Ensuring all people related online documents are kept up to date
  • DBS check administration
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ordering IT equipment and stationery as needed
  • Helping with day to day running of the office
  • General administrative duties as required to support the wider office.

You will need solid administrative experience with some exposure to HR duties also. You will have very good attention to details, have initiative and be efficient with systems and processes.

This is a full time office role with 4-5 days office based. This role is ideally temp-perm but they would also consider an immediate permanent contract.
