We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our Client's team in Cramlington.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the accounting team and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Handle audits and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA professional.
- Proven experience in a finance manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Nordic experience is highly desirable but not essential.
