- Respond and resolve stakeholder issues.
- Action administration tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external staff.
- Manager service desk service desk ticketing software.
Experience
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint packages
- Excellent communicator on the telephone, face-to-face and by e-mail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
