As an integral member of our team, your main focus will be on delivering tax compliance services to our diverse client base. You'll also have the chance to get involved in advisory and consultancy work, broadening your skill set and knowledge base. Additionally, you'll provide support to our Senior Managers, Tax Directors, and Partners, assisting with both compliance and advisory client tasks. About the role:

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring you gather all necessary information to keep their files running smoothly.
  • Handle personal self-assessment tax returns and associated accounts with care, including peer reviews for accuracy.
  • Manage inquiries from HMRC and handle penalty notices with professionalism and expertise.
  • Build and maintain relationships with your own set of clients, providing them with excellent service and support.
  • Prepare superannuation certificates and assist with PCSE queries throughout the year.
  • Offer advice on everyday tax matters like PAYE codes and company cars, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Work with Tax Directors and Senior Managers to develop tax plans for individuals.
  • Provide technical assistance to the accounts team when needed.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure they deliver top-notch service and compliance.
