Evolve is recruiting for a leading provider of private healthcare who are seeking a Theatre Team Leader to join their team. You will be responsible for providing care for patients requiring perioperative intervention and taking on the roles of Anaesthetics and Recovery.
This is a permanent position, working on a full time basis based in West Sussex.

Ideal Requirements for a Theatre Team Leader
- Ideally, you will be HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner or an NMC registered Nurse.
- Experienced in Urology, Gynae & General surgery.
- SFA Qualification Desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to continue our high standards of patient care.
Role Responsibilities for a Theatre Team Leader
- Lead the team in developing knowledge, ideas, and work practices.
- Provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention.
- Assist in leading the department and deputising for the Theatre Manager.
- Improve quality and maintain high standards of theatre practice.
