Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation dedicated to providing excellent service are keen to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Co-ordinator to join their team in Leicester. This role offers significant opportunities for career progression and development!

As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of buildings and facilities. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in facilities management who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Maintenance: Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the company premises.
  • Contractor Liaison: Coordinate and manage relationships with external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all company vehicles are maintained to a high standard and comply with legal requirements.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Manage the ordering and stock control of office equipment and supplies.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of health and safety across all facilities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar facilities role.
  • Qualifications: Ideally hold a current NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Driving Licence: Must have a full UK driving licence.
